Who we are:
Norm and Becky Lindway have been innkeepers for over 10 years owning and operating the Inn at Monticello in Charlottesville Va. A five room Bed and Breakfast with a yearly (365 days) occupancy rate of over 70%. Their expertise and management skills moved a successful property into a "Very Successful" property. They will teach you how to maintain and grow your business through a variety of seminars and meetings.
Becky was the President of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Virginia for several years, and assisted with the growth of that prestigious organization. During her tenure she traveled the state meeting new and old members of the association. She served as editor of the BBAV Directory for five years, she created the "BBAV Aspiring Innkeepers Class" and taught the class for many years. She was also instrumental in building their current web site, and has written the self help manual Success Strategies for Innkeepers.
Norm and Becky have for the past 8 years served as office managers for the Bed and Breakfast Association of Virginia, and the past two years as the Executive Directors of the association. In this capacity they were the first line of hospitality as people called the association with a variety of needs and questions.
