All classes are taught at the Glenmore Country Club in Charlottesville Virginia.

Understanding GOVERNMENT issues, planning zoning, licensing and business structure considerations.
DESIGNING the property
GUEST SERVICES how to plan the "perfect" b&b for you and for your guests.
PROFESSIONALISM and the real nitty-gritty aspects of inn keeping...DAILY needs and considerations.
MARKETING and WEB presence. How to build an effective web site.

This two day workshop includes all materials, lunch on both days, and information from current innkeepers. The class often visits an operating property for an evening of socializing and meeting the innkeeper.

Cost: $150.00 single and $225.00 per couple. 3rd person is $75.00.
